High Intensity Workout Starts Today
New place, new routine, new people, new friends, and new environment. The ops tempo here at Kunsan Air Base Korea is a lot different than where I used to be. I am away from a lot of things and this is perfect to start my new workout routine. I was 160lbs with 6% body fat when I got back from my last deployment and now I am down to 150lbs.
My goal is to get fucking ripped, go up to 170+ lbs. with less than 10% body fat. Eating is not going to be hard since I can eat healthy for free. I’m going to cheat with supplements, my stack consist of:

- Mega Men Sport (GNC) - Multivitamin
- Methyl ArimaTEST - Testosterone booster/Estrogen reducer
- Multi-Oil (GNC) - Fish oil, Omega 3, 6, & 9
- Monster Milk (CytoSport) - Protein/Amino acids
