Create miniature sets in Photoshop

You’ve seen them all over the web, areal views of this place and that place, landscapes, and other things that look like miniature sets. It is really easy do it with any kind of pictures, you can make those tilt/shift effect on Photoshop. This tutorial can take your existing photographs and make it look like they’re actually of miniature models. I guarantee that this will take you less than 5 minutes. First of all, you need Photoshop. I know you can do this using any photo editor but on this tutorial I’m going to use Photoshop CS2 Any image preferably landscape can be used. Install Wordpress on a USB stick

Having a local version of your blog is really helpful especially if you are working on a theme, playing with some plugins or doing some modifications without having to risk breaking your live blog. Installing a web server on your portable device (usb, ipod, etc) is more convenient because you can take it where ever you go and not only you can use Wordpress but you also use it to test your php/mysql powered sites or web applications. Who doesn’t want a portable journal that is smaller than a Moleskine? Install Apache, php, MySql and all the good stuff
